What this site is
F5ive Solutions LLC provides general educational information about foreclosure surplus funds and a free search of selected public records. We are an independent research company — not a government agency, not a law firm, and not your attorney.
What this site is not
- Not legal advice. Nothing here is legal advice for your situation. For advice about your specific case, talk to a licensed attorney in your state.
- Not a guarantee. A “possible public-record match” is a name similarity in a public record. It is not proof that money is held for you and not proof you are entitled to anything. Eligibility is reviewed by the county or court office that holds the record — not by us.
- Not complete. Our records cover selected counties and are updated on a schedule. A search with no results doesn’t mean nothing exists.
Using the site fairly
- Don’t try to break, overload, or scrape the site.
- Don’t use the search to look up other people out of curiosity — results are masked for everyone’s privacy.
- You must be at least 18 years old to join the email list.

We work hard to keep information accurate and current, but public records change and counties update on their own schedules. We can’t promise the site is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on this site — please verify important details (especially deadlines) directly with the county or court office involved.
