F5ive Solutions LLC is an independent research company focused on one thing: helping regular people understand foreclosure surplus funds — money that may be held for former property owners after a foreclosure sale.
What we do
- Monitor public records. We track surplus-funds lists published by county offices and courts, and keep them organized and searchable.
- Explain in plain language. Legal and county processes are hard to follow. Our guides translate them into steps a regular person can understand.
- Help you check. Our free name search looks for possible public-record matches — masked for privacy, with no payment required.
- Point you to the right office. When we don’t have the answer, we tell you which county office or court does, and how to reach them.
What we don’t do
- We are not a government agency, and we don’t pretend to be one.
- We are not a law firm and don’t give legal advice. For legal questions about your specific situation, talk to a licensed attorney in your state.
- We don’t guarantee outcomes. A possible match is not proof you are entitled to funds, and we will never tell you otherwise.
- We don’t sell personal data — not yours, not anyone’s.

Why this exists
Every year, foreclosure sales generate surplus funds that sit unclaimed — sometimes for years — simply because the people they may belong to never hear about them. The information is public, but it’s scattered across hundreds of county websites, PDFs, and court lists, written in language most people can’t easily follow. We started F5ive Solutions to close that gap: find the public records, explain them clearly, and treat every person behind a record with respect.
